Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the gt998 website, available at gt998.app, and any associated mobile-accessible pages or services ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by gt998, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gt998 Privacy Policy and the gt998 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gt998. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

gt998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted at gt998.app/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to arrange account closure.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translations provided for convenience shall not have legal effect and shall not override or modify the English-language Terms in any respect.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gt998 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gt998 operates a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC verification process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds on deposit will be returned to the source payment method.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to register or use the gt998 Platform.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the gt998 account solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through gt998 directly or through any wider responsible gaming scheme, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of use.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended gt998 account. Each individual is permitted only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances linked to the additional accounts.

gt998 reserves the right to carry out identity, age, and eligibility verification checks at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Failure to cooperate with such checks, or the provision of false or misleading information during the registration or verification process, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on the gt998 Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and Andar Bahar — you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration. gt998 will rely on this information for all account-related correspondence, payment processing, KYC verification, and responsible gaming interventions. Any inaccuracies may result in delayed withdrawals, account suspension, or termination.

Upon successful registration, you will be required to choose a password for your gt998 account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account. gt998 recommends enabling the optional two-factor authentication (2FA) feature, which provides an additional layer of account security via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

gt998 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal. Registrations that appear to be made using fictitious identities, temporary email addresses, or VPN-masked locations may be declined or subjected to enhanced verification.

• Account Name: The name on your gt998 account must exactly match the name on the government-issued identification document you provide during KYC verification. Mismatches will delay withdrawal processing.
• Contact Details: Your registered email address and Bangladesh mobile number must be valid and accessible. gt998 uses these channels for security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming communications.
• Password Security: You must not share your gt998 password with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• Account Transfers: gt998 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the gt998 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gt998 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount at gt998 is ৳500 via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are published within the gt998 account cashier section and may be updated periodically. Players are advised to review current limits before initiating transactions.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gt998 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile wallet provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank.

This may include proof of identity (National ID card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. These checks are conducted in accordance with standard KYC and anti-money laundering procedures and are not discretionary delays.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the gt998 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the individual sport or game section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall take precedence for that particular game or event.

gt998 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, basketball, and international eSports. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets and events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or cancellation during live events where data feeds are disrupted or where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a bet confirmation reference number on the Platform. gt998 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects irregular betting patterns or potential market manipulation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on gt998. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Void Bets: gt998 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by a recognised sporting authority. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Casino Game Outcomes: All casino games on gt998 — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and Andar Bahar — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by independent game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by gt998 or any third party.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a live casino game or in-play bet, gt998 will resolve any open game rounds or wagers according to the rules of the relevant game provider. gt998 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, gt998 reserves the right to void affected bets and/or correct the error. gt998 will not honour bets placed at obviously erroneous odds that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

gt998 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. These bonus-specific terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on gt998, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms and conditions of that offer. Bonuses that are claimed without meeting the stated eligibility criteria — including but not limited to duplicate accounts, use of multiple payment methods to circumvent one-bonus-per-player rules, or creation of accounts solely for bonus exploitation — will be forfeited and the associated account may be suspended.

• Wagering Requirements: Most gt998 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawals from the bonus-derived balance can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the gt998 Platform contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. These promotions are subject to separate terms published at the time of each individual offer.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt998 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and notification to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Money Laundering: Using the gt998 Platform for any money laundering activity — including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer or convert illicit funds — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Automated Betting Tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making is prohibited. gt998 monitors Platform traffic for bot activity and will suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets or casino game play with other players — including chip dumping in poker or structured multi-account wagering in sportsbook markets — is prohibited and constitutes market manipulation.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the gt998 Platform or any of its games to obtain a financial advantage is prohibited. Players who discover genuine errors are expected to report them to [email protected] rather than exploit them.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one gt998 account, whether under the same or different identities, for any purpose including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion orders, is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to gt998 without first contacting gt998 customer support to resolve the relevant issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. gt998 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

gt998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may give rise to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, detection of multiple accounts, or a request from a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw their balance. gt998 aims to complete all account investigations within 10 business days of initiating a suspension, though complex cases may require additional time.

Where a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, gt998 reserves the right to permanently close the account and, depending on the nature of the breach, forfeit some or all of the account balance. In cases involving confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of multiple accounts for bonus abuse, all associated balances will be voided.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their gt998 account — including those who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last active payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
